Welcome Home
Highlake Homeowners Association was founded in November 1989 as a community organization to facilitate communication, connection, and cooperation among the residents of the High Lake area. All residents of the neighborhood receive the HLHA Newsletter, and all are invited to join and participate in the Association. Dues are ten dollars per year.
